CBRE is seeking an onsite Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) professional to help develop procedures and guidance for the HSE program. The role covers multiple Bay Area locations within a 20-30 mile radius and is onsite three to four days weekly.

The candidate will create EHS documentation, design training content, perform risk assessments, and maintain data tracking systems. Strong regulatory knowledge and ability to work with agencies are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum four years of HSE related experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local health, safety and environmental regulations preferred.
• Direct experience dealing with regulatory agencies and/or compliance officers is beneficial.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, write routine reports and communicate clearly.

Responsabilités

• Develop documentation for EHS programs for local and global use.
• Design or develop content and delivery methods for hands-on and online training.
• Conduct risk assessments and document findings.
• Create EHS checklists, guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform basic industrial hygiene testing in labs and work spaces.
• Develop and maintain data tracking and records systems.
• Maintain safety-related spreadsheets for incident data and reporting.
• Perform site safety walkthroughs and lab inspections.
• Interact with regulatory agencies and inspectors.
• Support building closure documentation for regulatory requirements.
