Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an HSE professional to help develop procedures and operational guidance for the Health, Safety and Environmental program. This onsite role covers the Bay Area within a 20-30 mile radius, three to four days per week.

The position involves creating EHS documentation, delivering hands-on and online training, conducting risk assessments, and developing SOPs and checklists to ensure regulatory compliance across local and global operations.

Qualifications

• Experience developing EHS procedures and program guidance.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and creating SOPs.
• Ability to interact with regulatory agencies and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop documentation for EHS programs for local and global implementation.
• Design and deliver hands-on and online training content and delivery methods.
• Conduct and document comprehensive risk assessments.
• Develop EHS checklists, guidelines and SOPs.
• Conduct basic industrial hygiene testing of labs/work areas.
• Maintain data tracking and record-keeping systems.
• Perform site safety walkthroughs and lab inspections.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies as needed.
• Assist with building closure documentation for regulatory requirements.
