Job summary

Ledcor is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to mentor regional HS&E professionals and align programs with operations. Reporting to the Director of HS&E, you will lead a team to drive industry-leading performance and a safer culture.

The role requires 3+ years in HS&E management and 5+ years in industrial construction or telecom, with a strong emphasis on program development, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ relevant industrial Health and Safety leadership experience.
• 5+ years in industrial construction or telecom with HS&E experience.
• Strong MS Office and presentation skills.
• OH&S degree or related discipline is an asset.
• NCSO/CRSP or related HS&E designation is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor HS&E professionals.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach HS&E employees on performance and development.
• Collaborate with operations to align HS&E objectives with site goals.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and complex incident investigations.
• Lead the development and verification of HS&E programs and processes.
• Engage with regional operations in recruitment and evaluation of HS&E staff.
