Zusammenfassung

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a dedicated SAP SuccessFactors integration specialist to ensure our SuccessFactors Integration solutions support the required HR data for global best practices.

The role partners with global HR operations to standardize processes and confirm integrations align with the Global Template, enabling critical data flows from PepsiCo’s SAP SuccessFactors environment. The role will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enhancements, support upgrades, and ensure our HR systems

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT or Human Resources, MBA preferred
• 5-8+ years of experience in HCM system implementations/HRIT
• CPI and API Management implementation experience
• BTP landscape management and support
• Experience in implementing large scale HCM ERP/Cloud solutions: EC or SAP HCM preferred, but will consider Workday, PeopleSoft or Oracle HRMS
• Demonstrated ability to drive efforts to standardize, optimize and simplify processes and technical solutions that balance local requirements with global process decisions
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize, anticipate and independently address issues

Aufgaben

• Assess new SAP/SuccessFactors functionality and make recommendations to meet additional business requirements
• Support the implementation if “Voice of the Customer” enhancements
• Conduct impact analysis, manage and lead implementation for additional large projects and configuration changes
• Ensure projects are in alignment across the HR system landscape
• Update sustain inventory including interface design documents, interface SOPs/Error handling process documentation, configuration workbooks and other data dictionaries
• Design of Employee Central (EC) system solutions to meet global and local country business requirements
• Provide inputs needed to support the development and execution of a GHROps strategy that delivers baseline operational performance and the development of capabilities to meet new business requirements
