MidFirst Bank is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize HRIS systems, with focus on UKG Pro, data integrity, and reporting. You will partner with HR, Corporate Technology, and business leadership to ensure HR data and reports support core processes.

The role emphasizes system enhancements, integrations, testing, and documentation, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and governance. 5+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive HRIS, HR reporting, people analytics, workforce analytics, or related experience, including experience supporting enterprise HR systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a subject matter expert for UKG and other HR systems, providing advanced functional and technical support.
• Administer, configure, maintain, and enhance HRIS functionality while maintaining data integrity.
• Troubleshoot complex system, reporting, and data issues; identify root causes; coordinate resolution with teams and vendors.
• Lead system integrations and enhancements, develop and maintain reporting solutions, and troubleshoot data issues.
• Develop testing plans and perform system, regression, UAT, data, integration, and report testing for changes.
• Support and monitor integrations between UKG and other systems; assist with issue resolution.
• Participate in vendor management activities including issue escalation and implementation support.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports and dashboards; analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Establish reporting definitions and data standards; support audits and regulatory reporting.
• Gather business requirements and translate into system and reporting solutions.
