Job summary

Rush University Medical Center is seeking a Sr. HRIS Business and Reporting Analyst to configure Workday HCM workflows, create reports, and maintain system integrity. You will act as a bridge between HR, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure compliant operations.

You will design and develop HR reports, oversee report lifecycle, manage security and data governance, and collaborate across HR and IS to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and maintains Workday HCM workflows to match company policies and configurations.
• Provides support for Workday HCM functions, implementations, upgrades, testing, and post-launch optimization.
• Supports management of roles, security groups and policies to grant least privileged access, ensuring data privacy and compliance.
• Leads the design and development of complex HR reports and dashboards across the HCM domain to translate data needs into actionable reporting.
• Oversees report lifecycle management, including governance, naming conventions, metadata tagging, documentation, and retirement.
• Performs data imports/exports and ensures data quality through QA checks.
• Maintains documentation for configurations, processes, security changes, and test plans for audit readiness.
• Collaborates with HR and IS to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
