Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior HRIS Workday Analyst to serve as the functional SME for Workday Benefits and Core HCM. The role partners with HR, Benefits, Payroll and IT to support configuration, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, audits, and open enrollment activities.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on Workday experience and can independently drive HR technology initiatives. The position is based in Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid work arrangement.

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Workday Analyst to serve as the functional subject matter expert for Workday Benefits and Core HCM. This individual will partner with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to support Workday configuration, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, audits, open enrollment activities, system enhancements, and ongoing production support. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands‑on Workday experience and be capable of independently driving HR technology initiatives.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
