Job summary

iTech Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support HRIS and SAP SuccessFactors including Employee Central.

You will elicit and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for technology solutions, aiming to improve processes, sustainability, and ROI. Responsibilities include leading interviews, data mapping, and analysis, developing business cases, and collaborating with architects and developers to estimate impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors including Employee Central.
• Experience collaborating with IT development staff on complex projects.
• Strong technical background and data analysis skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes, elicit requirements, and identify improvements.
• Conduct interviews and workshops to gather user requirements.
• Perform data gathering, mapping, and visualization documentation.
• Prepare business cases defining benefits, options, and risks.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for developers.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to estimate project impact.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff.
• On-Call and/or after-hours work may be required.
