Job summary

Trident Consulting seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Analyst for a direct-hire role in Irvine, CA. The Senior Business Systems Analyst II will lead SuccessFactors implementations and ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, while managing HRIS processes, data quality, and reporting.

The candidate should have 8+ years in SAP SuccessFactors, with expertise across Employee Central and core SF modules, plus experience with payroll, time management, and multi-country deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong expertise in Employee Central and SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA + SuccessFactors integration.
• Strong HRIS/HCM business analysis experience.
• Experience with Payroll, Time Management & third-party payroll integrations.
• SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, XML.
• UAT, requirements gathering, process mapping, testing & deployment.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Activate, SOX, security & RBAC.
• Experience with global HR deployments / multi-country configurations.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Lead SuccessFactors implementation and ongoing support.
• Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage HRIS processes, data, and reporting.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate fixes.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and external vendors.

Primary Focus

Lead SuccessFactors implementation and ongoing support, integrate SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, manage HRIS processes/data/reporting, troubleshoot production issues, and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and external vendors.
