Job summary

MARTA is seeking a seasoned HRIS professional to lead the HRIS operations, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient processes across HR systems. You will develop reports, validate payroll, and coordinate with vendor and internal stakeholders to support HR applications and integrations.

Required is a Bachelor’s in HRM/IT (Master’s preferred) with at least seven years of supervisory or professional HRIS experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM/IT or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum seven years supervisory or professional HRIS-related experience required.
• Knowledge of HRIS/database management systems essential.
