McKinstry in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Senior HRIS Administrator to lead and optimize our HR information systems. You will partner with HR and IT to implement changes, ensure data integrity and drive system enhancements.

The role requires 8+ years in HR technology, expertise in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and a track record of system design and deployment. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a focus on math, CS or HR-related field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR information technology.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
• Experience in discovering, evaluating and implementing new HR technology.
