INSPYR Solutions seeks an HRIS Senior Advisor in Rosemead, CA, with 10+ years of HRIS experience and deep knowledge of HR processes. The role focuses on configuring and optimizing HR systems, data integrity, and governance across PMGM and Talent Acquisition.

This position may involve on-site and hybrid work as part of a direct hire. You will lead HRIS initiatives, collaborate with HR and IT teams, and drive improvements in data management and reporting while ensuring security and compliance.

Qualificações

• Ten or more years of experience in researching, designing and maintaining HRIS in support of HR administration and projects.
• Experience with SuccessFactors modules including PMGM and Recruiting/ATS.
• Strong data governance and data integrity expertise.
• Excellent collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Automates and analyzes HRIS data flows, ensures data integrity and security.
• Optimizes HR technology to support workforce growth and operational excellence.
• Provides data governance and guidance during organizational restructurings.
• Maintains relationships with stakeholders on platform requirements and communicates changes.
• Leads technical implementations and validates data integrity and process improvements.
• Manages internal and external reporting related to HR events and reorganizations.
• Identifies improvement opportunities in systems, data and user experience with justification and data support.
• Creates documentation standards for HR processes and keeps them updated.
• Protects confidential data and maintains security across systems.
