Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience in PBM, health plans, healthcare, or Medicare.
• Familiarity with pharmacy claims data, medical claims data, and client reporting metrics.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis, with strong coding hygiene and documentation practices.
• Ability to perform complex analyses and synthesize findings into business insights.
• Track record of partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide consultative analytics support, proactively advising on business opportunities.
• Knowledge of cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

Responsibilities

• Set and track analytics project priorities to align with business goals.
• Coach analysts and promote best practices through training.
• Develop scalable data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Identify efficiency gains via automation and data quality improvements.
