Job summary

College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking a Senior HRIS Administrator to be the primary administrator for HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and accurate reporting. You will collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Budget, and Data Analytics to support workforce data management and drive system enhancements.

The role emphasizes payment data, governance, and continuous improvement using Colleague and Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years HRIS administration, support, or management experience.
Experience supporting HR data, reporting, and operations in HR environment.
Experience developing reports and performing data analysis for decisions.
Experience managing projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary administrator for HR data and processes within Colleague and related systems.
Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality of employee data.
Maintain and optimize HRIS functionality to support HR operations and needs.
Audit HR transactions (hires, transfers, changes) for accuracy and compliance.
Lead testing and validation for upgrades, patches, configurations, and integrations.
Develop reports and dashboards using Colleague and Power BI for stakeholders.
