Job summary

Penn State Lady Lions is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to serve as a senior functional and technical resource within the Core HR Product Line, supporting design, configuration, maintenance, optimization, and ongoing operation of Penn State’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

The role partners with HR functions, HR technology teams, and university stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into effective system solutions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant experience in HR technology, HRIS administration, business process analysis, system configuration and support, stakeholder collaboration, reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Experience with Workday, Core HR functions, and working within a large, complex R1 higher education institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior functional and technical resource within Core HR Product Line and support design, configuration, maintenance, optimization, and operation of HRIS at Penn State.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective system solutions and lead or support system enhancements, implementations, and production support activities.
