McLane Company, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to design and optimize Workday and related HR technology across the enterprise. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to drive process improvements and deliver workforce insights.

The role emphasizes leading complex HR technology projects, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring data integrity while supporting benefits, recruiting, and compensation processes. On-site from Temple, TX area.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR systems.
• Experience supporting Workday and partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for HRIS questions and issues across the enterprise.
• Lead HR technology projects from requirements to implementation and support.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Workday and Excel to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare system testing and document HRIS processes and training materials.
• Assist with open enrollment support and user training.
