Job summary

Verano seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to drive the SuccessFactors HCM implementation across Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, and more. You will partner with People capability Owners, People Business Partners, and IT to design and deploy robust HR technology solutions as a SME and Super User.

Lead requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and upgrades while ensuring data security and privacy. Drive process improvements and coordinate with IT to minimize disruption during changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of HRIS experience.
• Deep knowledge of implementation and support of SuccessFactors HCM.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
• Experience leading HR system implementations.
• Experience with leading initiatives from inception to post go-live.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects to implement new SuccessFactors modules or functionality.
• Accountable for functional development, design, and configuration across the People Technology landscape.
• Gather and understand requirements/processes/systems impacted (HCM, Payroll, Benefits).
• Serve as the SuccessFactors HCM system expert and data SME.
• Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Manage system permissions and security.
• Partner with IT to develop solutions.
• Define testing strategy, scripts, testing execution, and release sign-off.
• Maintain deep system knowledge to enable changes and upgrades.
