Job summary

United Launch Alliance (ULA) is seeking an HRIS Analyst 3 in Denver to join the HRIS team, overseeing day-to-day operations, governance and support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding modules. You will configure and administer multiple SuccessFactors modules, ensure data integrity, test and implement changes, and manage security using Role Based Permissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or similar HRIS.
• Experience with Role Based Permissions.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects along with competing deadlines.
• Problem solving/analytical skills; attention to detail, follow-up skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written with ability to design and deliver training materials to end users.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Configures and serves as system administrator for multiple SuccessFactors modules.
• Leads improvements to HRIS technical infrastructure and user experience.
• Provides technical guidance to end users on modules of SuccessFactors.
• Ensures data integrity, tests changes, and analyzes data flows for improvements.
• Performs system maintenance, testing, and upgrades; escalates risks when needed.
• Manages security using Role Based Permissions.
• Supports internal and external audit data requests.
• Leads HRIS projects with HR and IT partnerships.
• Manages multiple vendors for SuccessFactors platform.
• Ensures onboarding participants are ready for Day 1.
• Oversees day-to-day HRIS operations and data entry.
