Position Description

The Senior HRIS Analyst will ensure successful configuration and ongoing support of HR related systems. This role will be responsible for the configuration, optimization and support of UKG Pro (Dimensions) and SuccessFactors Onboarding module, while ensuring compliance with appropriate audit controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG Pro timekeeping and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module
  • Lead UKG Pro timekeeping system configuration, enhancements, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
  • Manage system integrations between UKG Pro, SuccessFactors, and other enterprise platforms
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to HR and business users
  • Stay current on HR technology trends and recommend innovations to improve system performance and user experience
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security protocols
  • Documentation of all processes
  • UKG Pro timekeeping:
  • Responsible for all US UKG Pro (Dimensions timekeeping) related configuration, oversight of timeclocks/appropriate firmware updates, submitting technology tickets, managing semi- annual new releases
  • Responsible for development/implementation/maintenance/training documentation for all future accruals – PTO, Sick time, state specific time off
  • Responsible for oversight of UKG Pro administration of Modine attendance policies, schedules, shift configuration, pay rules, labor categories, etc.
  • SuccessFactors
    • Troubleshoot everyday onboarding(ONB) platform inquiries
    • Configure and deliver ONB forms to meet the needs of all locations globally, configure new locations in ONB
    • Work with various module leads to test enhancements/release changes
    • Promote and work with various countries with goal to achieve 100% ONB usage globally
Required Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources or other related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ of HR Analysis experience, preferably in a high technology environment.
  • Proven experience with HCM Integration and maintenance.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Ability to organize, set priorities and exercise sound independent judgement within areas of responsibility
  • High level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to manage confidential employee data.
  • Must be a self-started with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
