CentraCare is seeking a Senior HRIS professional with expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation, including Base and Workforce Compensation, Incentive Compensation, and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing compensation cycles, integrating HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems, and mapping business processes to configure solutions. Key technical skills include proficiency in Oracle Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI Reports, HCM Extracts, and integrations with third-party applications. Experience in troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, change management, and compliance (SOX, GDPR) is essential. Additional knowledge of Redwood UI, Fusion Technical Architecture, or Oracle certifications is a plus.
Partnering with the Director of HR Experience, you will develop strategies for enhancements, integrations, process improvements, and improving employee experience. Your responsibilities will include fostering cross-functional partnerships and advocating for end-user needs. Acting as the system administrator for the compensation module in Oracle, you will review system capabilities, workflow steps, and limitations to drive better outcomes through HR technology.
