Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior Human Rights Due Diligence Advisor to lead complex HR due diligence efforts. You will translate international standards into scalable methodologies, drive risk scoring, and own critical business relationships.

The role requires strategic and tactical execution with minimal guidance. You will collaborate with HRDD teams, partner with data science, legal, and product teams, and help ensure responsible sourcing aligned with global standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in human rights, sustainability, ESG or due diligence.
• Deep knowledge of UN Guiding Principles and OECD Guidelines.
• Experience creating quantitative risk methodologies or scoring.
• Familiarity with CSDDD, CSRD, and modern slavery laws.
• Experience conducting value chain risk assessments and reporting.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to work independently on complex programs with limited guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple or complex human rights due diligence relationships.
• Identify and prioritize human rights risks across the value chain.
• Conduct end-to-end risk analyses and write risk reports.
• Design data-driven methodologies and risk scoring logic.
• Act as STL for end-to-end due diligence methodologies and tools.
• Partner with other HRDD advisors to align strategy and frameworks.
• Assess risks across business models and regulatory environments.
