Amazon seeks a Senior Human Rights Due Diligence Advisor to lead complex HRDD work at enterprise scale. You will design quantitative risk methodologies, guide cross-functional teams, and translate international human rights standards into actionable operations.

This senior role focuses on meeting regulatory requirements and driving sustainable business impact. You will own end-to-end risk analyses, partner with HRDD and business stakeholders, and serve as the STL for methodology and tool

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., human rights, international development, law, sustainability, social sciences, or related).
• 8+ years of experience in human rights, sustainability, ESG, responsible sourcing, or corporate due diligence.
• Demonstrated knowledge of international human rights frameworks, particularly the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
• Experience developing quantitative, data-driven risk methodologies or scoring logics that translate qualitative standards into measurable outputs.
• Familiarity with human rights due diligence regulation (e.g., CSDDD, CSRD, national supply chain due diligence and modern slavery laws).
• Experience conducting human rights or value chain risk assessments and translating findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Pragmatic operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work across functions to find actionable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own multiple or complex business relationships for human rights due diligence, serving as the primary point of accountability for assigned businesses.
• Work with businesses to identify and prioritize human rights risks across the value chain.
• Conduct end-to-end risk analyses, write comprehensive risk reports, and translate findings into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Design and develop quantitative, data-driven methodologies and risk scoring logics that assess human rights risk and measure performance.
• Act as a single-threaded leader (STL) for end-to-end development of enterprise due diligence methodologies and tools in ambiguous contexts.
• Partner with other HRDD advisors to understand needs, defining strategy and frameworks for the broader team.
• Assess risks across differing business models, supply chain structures, and regulatory environments while aligning with business goals and compliance.
