BOSCH is seeking a Human Resources Manager to partner with site leadership at a large warehouse operation in the United States. You will translate business priorities into people strategies, manage employee relations, and drive engagement and organizational effectiveness on a 200-person site.

The role combines strategic HR with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment, requiring floor presence, business acumen, and the ability to influence leaders across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, IR, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience with operational leaders.
• Warehouse/distribution/logistics HR experience preferred.
• Experience independently handling complex employee relations investigations.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary HR advisor to site leadership on organizational, workforce, leadership, and employee matters affecting safety, service, cost, quality, productivity, and retention.
• Develop and execute an annual site people plan aligned with priorities including staffing, leadership, and engagement.
• Lead workforce planning using data to identify risks and actions.
• Oversee complex employee relations investigations, performance concerns, and corrective actions; ensure documentation.
• Coach leaders on decision quality, performance management, and policy adherence.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, and leadership development activities.
