Bosch Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as the senior on-site HR partner for a approximately 200-person warehouse operation. You will translate business priorities into practical people strategies that strengthen leadership capability, workforce stability, engagement, and operational performance.

This role combines strategic partnership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience with HRBP/HR manager roles.
• Experience supporting a warehouse/logistics hourly workforce.
• Experience independently handling complex employee relations investigations.
• Experience leading workforce planning, talent management, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR advisor to site leadership on organizational, workforce, leadership, and employee matters affecting safety, service, cost, quality, productivity, and retention.
• Develop and execute an annual site people plan aligned with operational priorities, including workforce capacity, leadership development, succession, engagement, and culture.
• Lead workforce planning for a ~200-person operation using staffing, turnover, absenteeism, and productivity trends to identify risks and actions.
• Manage complex employee relations investigations from intake to resolution, ensuring timely, documented outcomes.
• Coach leaders to improve decision quality, performance management, engagement, and policy adherence.
• Oversee leave, accommodation, attendance, wage/hour, compensation, benefits, and personnel actions with specialized teams.
