MongoDB is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for its Technical Services organization. The role partners with business leaders to shape people strategy, advise on organizational design, performance, compensation cycles, and talent development, driving outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of HR experience driving measurable impact in a major business unit.
5–7 years as an HRBP, preferably supporting global technical GTM teams.
Proven ability to partner with senior leadership (VP level) and influence decisions.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to act autonomously and drive cross-functional solutions.

Responsibilities
