Redwood Materials seeks a strategic, hands-on HR leader to serve as the HR Business Partner to the COO and CCO, guiding talent strategy across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams.

The Director will oversee a small HRBP team, collaborate with global manufacturing, and build scalable talent programs from the ground up while rolling up sleeves to execute. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Proven success serving as a strategic advisor to senior executives in a high-growth environment.
• Experience building leadership development, succession planning, career development, and talent management programs.
• Ability to translate business strategy into talent and organizational solutions using data and insights.
• Experience partnering across Recruiting, Total Rewards, HR Operations, People Analytics, and other People functions to deliver outcomes.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or similarly complex workforce environments.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the strategic People partner to the COO, CCO, and leadership teams to shape organizational strategy and workforce planning.
• Partner with executives to align people strategies with business objectives and support growth and workforce effectiveness.
• Coach executives and leaders on organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, and change management.
• Lead a small team of HR Business Partners supporting Nevada and SC manufacturing facilities and coordinate with global manufacturing operations.
• Build relationships across levels to ground people strategies in operational realities.
• Develop plans to address workforce risks and opportunities aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Leverage workforce data and business metrics to identify trends and improve outcomes.
• Deliver integrated people solutions with Recruiting, Total Rewards, HR Ops, and People Analytics.
• Influence talent, compensation, employee experience, and workforce analytics strategies across Centers of Excellence.
