Job summary

Lumexa Imaging is seeking a Senior HRBP to act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the business. The role requires frequent travel to PA, NY, and Charlotte sites and focuses on talent management, organizational development, and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 7+ years of progressive HR experience, and preferred SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification. Healthcare experience and cross-site collaboration are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP roles.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.
• Willing and able to travel across PA, NY, and Charlotte.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred; M&A experience valuable.

• Lead talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development.
