Job summary

Lumexa Imaging is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals and build leadership capability across sites in PA, NY, and Charlotte. This role emphasizes strategic partnership, workforce planning, and organizational development while supporting employee relations and policy development.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and a SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification is valued. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
• Must be willing and able to travel throughout PA, NY, and Charlotte
• Experience in the Healthcare industry preferred
• Experience in M&A integrations is highly valuable

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Talent Management & Workforce Planning: Lead talent assessment, succession planning, and high-potential development initiatives; support workforce planning with Talent Acquisition.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Organizational Development & Change Management: Lead change initiatives, analyze engagement surveys, deliver training and coaching for leaders, support engagement programs.
• Policy input: Provide input into development and updating of company policies.
