Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR partner for Corporate Functions. The role focuses on strategic HR leadership across talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management.

Based in Herndon, VA, onsite at least three days per week. You will partner with executives to drive organizational performance, lead change, and strengthen leadership readiness while balancing strategic and practical

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience partnering with executive and senior leadership teams.
• Proven ability to lead organizational redesign and workforce planning.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR partnership for Corporate Functions with executives and senior leaders.
• Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
• Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Leverage workforce analytics to provide strategic recommendations.
• Provide strategic consultation on employee relations and performance management.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
