Sunrise Senior Living in McLean, VA is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to CSO Leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives across our corporate function.

You will drive talent initiatives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that supports operational excellence and team member engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or HR certification is highly preferred.
• Six or more years of progressive HR experience including HRBP or consultative roles.
• Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Advise CSO leaders on talent, workforce, performance, and employee relations matters.
• Turn business priorities into practical HR solutions.
• Lead talent, succession, workforce planning, and performance initiatives.
• Support organizational design, restructuring, and role changes.
• Partner with HR teams to implement company-wide programs.
• Use workforce data to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Coach leaders through people decisions and organizational change.
