Sunrise Senior Living in the United States seeks a Regional HR Manager to lead people strategy across communities. You will oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR system administration while ensuring compliance with employment laws and Sunrise standards.

You will partner with department leaders on performance management, drive engagement initiatives, and guide investigations. A track record in healthcare HR and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years HR experience (senior living or healthcare preferred).
• Supervisory and employee relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance practices.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment, job fairs, and hiring processes.
• Ensure compliance with Sunrise Hiring Standards and employment laws.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and system access for new team members.
• Maintain HRIS, ATS, personnel files, and regulatory documentation.
• Manage unemployment and workers' compensation claims.
• Serve as HR partner to department leaders on performance management.
• Lead employee relations matters and internal investigations.
• Drive team member engagement initiatives and action planning.
• Deliver HR systems and policy training for front-line staff.
• Maintain audit readiness and complete monthly compliance controls (MKCC).
