Job summary

Salute is seeking a Director of HRBP – Labor Relations to serve as the enterprise expert on collective bargaining, contract interpretation, and labor strategy. You will guide HRBPs, site leaders, and executives across the global network, shaping enterprise standards and a proactive, compliant labor relations program.

You will own negotiation strategy, provide guidance on complex grievances, and develop playbooks to empower HR teams while minimizing risk across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive labor relations experience.
• Lead negotiator on multiple CBAs with complex outcomes.
• Expert knowledge of NLRA and labor/employment law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise SME on collective bargaining and union strategy.
• Advise HRBPs and executives on grievances, arbitration, and contracts.
• Design and lead bargaining strategy, acting as lead negotiator on complex contracts.
• Escalate and manage high‑risk labor matters, including arbitration and NLBR issues.
• Maintain knowledge of labor law across jurisdictions and translate to guidance.
• Develop labor relations playbooks, templates, and guidance for HRBPs.
• Advise leadership on union organizing activity and proactive labor relations.
• Oversee labor relations metrics and enterprise reporting.
