Job summary

Weave is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with India and US-based leaders, aligning with Weave’s global People strategy. You will serve as a strategic advisor across onboarding, compliance, performance, and culture, driving strong outcomes for the India workforce.

You will report to the Director HRBPs & Employee Experience and work in a remote India setting, collaborating closely with Legal and total rewards teams to ensure compliant, fair HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years experience as a HRBP.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-impact HR partnership to India and US leaders and employees.
• Align business priorities with Weave’s global People strategy for India workforce.
• Coach leaders and act as strategic advisor across onboarding, performance, employee relations, and culture.
• Own India employee lifecycle initiatives with onboarding, engagement, and events.
• Support compensation cycles in India, calibrations, and align with global Total Rewards.
• Manage employee relations with fairness, in partnership with Legal.
• Ensure India compliance and POSH in collaboration with Legal and external partners.
• Shape workforce planning and new-hire experience with India recruiters and Global Talent Acquisition.
• Drive engagement and culture actions, linking India story to Weave’s broader culture.
