Sayari is seeking a strategic Principal HR Business Partner to support US-based GTM teams, partnering with our Chief Revenue Officer. This role requires 8+ years of HR experience, including HRBP experience in enterprise SaaS or high-growth tech, and a strong understanding of the revenue lifecycle.

You will drive org design, leadership development, and data-driven HR initiatives within Sayari’s AI-native PeopleOS framework, ensuring governance and high performance across global teams.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in HRBP roles.
• Experience supporting global GTM teams in enterprise SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Experience with AI-native HR tools and data governance.

• Lead org design, team scaling, and talent planning for growth.
• Drive performance, engagement, succession, development, and change programs.
