Job summary

OKX is seeking an HRBP Expert/Senior HR Manager to translate business objectives into impactful people strategies across a dynamic, international context. You will lead transformational changes, develop future leaders, and act as a strategic conduit between business leaders and the HR team.

You will drive talent management, organizational design, and leadership development while leveraging data and AI tools to enhance HR workflows and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience including Business Partnering and working with C-suite leaders.
• Experience with crypto/fintech or financial institutions and regulatory dynamics.
• Global, cross-cultural leadership with comfort across time zones and travel.
• Track record partnering with senior leaders on performance, talent strategy, and organizational change.
• Strategic thinker who can also implement and operate HR programs.
