This hybrid role combines remote work with time in Deltek's Herndon office. The successful candidate will translate priorities into practical people plans, lead cross‑functional HR projects, advise on organization design and talent strategy, and partner with Legal and regional teams to ensure compliant,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 10+ years HR experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
• Broad HR knowledge across organization design, workforce planning, talent and succession planning, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and employee experience.
• Strong problem solving, data analysis, and change management.
• Excellent communication and business acumen.

Responsabilités

• Translate business priorities into talent plans and advise executives and leaders on complex people and organization decisions.
• Influence organization design, workforce planning, and talent planning for assigned business units.
• Manage reorganizations, leadership transitions, acquisitions, and policy changes with clear communication and risk management.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations from assessment to resolution, with legal collaboration as needed.
• Facilitate core talent management programs (performance, calibration, merit, promotions) across the business.
