Job summary

LeadsOnline, headquartered in Plano, Texas, seeks a senior HRBP/HR Manager to own compensation, international HR, and AI-enabled HR operations in a lean, high-growth tech environment. You will partner with business leaders and hands-on manage critical pieces of our global HR footprint.

The role requires 8+ years in high-growth tech HR, with PE-backed experience preferred, and a focus on building scalable programs across Canada and other regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including Senior HRBP or HR Manager level.
• Experience at PE-backed or venture-backed, high-growth tech companies with 300–500 employees.
• Hands-on experience owning compensation, international, and HRBP work, not routing to centers of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HRBP to designated leaders and teams, coaching on performance and talent matters.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Own job architecture, leveling, and compensation structures; support benchmarking and incentive design.
