• 15+ years of progressive HR experience in global organizations
• Experience partnering with C-suite executives
• Strong skills in organizational design and workforce planning
• Executive succession and leadership development experience
• Strong business acumen and ability to link people decisions to performance
• Experience leveraging people analytics for decision making
• Ability to navigate a complex global matrix and influence without authority

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership across Global Finance, Global Legal, Global HR, Global IT and Global Communications/Corporate Affairs.
• Translate enterprise strategies into workforce, organization, and leadership priorities with measurable outcomes.
• Advise on operating-model design, spans and layers, decision rights, and leadership-team effectiveness.
• Sponsor succession planning and differentiated talent strategies for senior roles and high-potential talent.
• Lead people strategy for major transformations including digital enablement and AI adoption.
• Develop and implement change strategies to drive adoption of new processes and org structures.
• Use workforce analytics and external trends to identify risks and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and regional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
