University of Dayton is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, to serve as a strategic HR consultant for designated UDRI units in Dayton, OH. The role includes employee relations guidance, workforce planning, performance management, and full-cycle recruitment, partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles.
• Experience leading teams and supervising personnel.
• Knowledge of employment law and OFCCP compliance.
• Ability to influence leadership on HR strategies and workforce decisions.
• Strong communication, analytical and project management skills.
• U.S. person status due to research contracts.
