UnityPoint Health is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic, system-level HR advisor across major service lines and leadership teams. The role embeds HR strategy into business planning, delivering practical people solutions and high-value HR services across UnityPoint Health.

Responsibilities include strategic consulting, organizational design, workforce planning, and data-driven leadership coaching.

• Serves as a senior strategic HR consultant to service lines, systemwide leadership groups, and operational leadership teams by aligning people strategies with system priorities.
• Advises leaders on organizational design, role scoping, workforce structure, and change readiness.
• Leads design and implementation of HR initiatives with planned budgets and timelines.
• Uses HR metrics to forecast workforce needs and guide decision making.
