Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join its Roanoke distribution team in Roanoke, TX.

The role partners with DC leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, driving workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and HR compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role is onsite five days a week at the Roanoke DC, working with corporate COEs to implement enterprise programs and ensure safe, high-performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or other related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of related experience within an HR function.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• SHRM‑CP or PHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently with limited supervision.
• Use advanced analytical/technical problem-solving skills to develop new solutions to existing problems/procedures.
• Support relationships through strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead complex employee relations investigations and ensure consistent, fair resolution aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across all shifts.
• Facilitate engagement activities and community outreach events with assistance from established engagement committee.
• Oversee talent acquisition strategies for hourly and salaried roles, ensuring staffing levels support production demands.
• Partner with corporate HR centers of excellence (COEs) to deploy enterprise programs at the DC level.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and reporting.
