Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Roanoke, TX is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our distribution team.

The Sr. HRBP partners with DC leadership to align people strategies with business goals, lead talent management, employee relations, and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Onsite five days a week at the Roanoke distribution center, you will drive workforce planning and continuous improvement while fostering a high-performance, safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Leads HR initiatives for the Roanoke Distribution Center and partner with DC leadership.
• Drive workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
• Ensure HR compliance and foster a safety-focused culture.
• Support talent acquisition for hourly and salaried roles.
