Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Roanoke, TX, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our distribution team.

You will be the strategic HR partner for the Roanoke Distribution Center, aligning people strategies with business objectives and driving workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a trusted advisor to management, you will deliver both strategic guidance and operational support to boost

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of HR experience.
Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

Leads HR projects or processes with limited supervision.
Uses analytical/technical problem-solving skills to develop new HR solutions.
Supports relationships with internal and external stakeholders through strong communication.
Leads complex employee relations investigations and ensures fair resolution.
Fosters accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across all shifts.
Facilitates engagement activities and community outreach with support from the engagement committee.
Oversee talent acquisition strategies for hourly and salaried roles.
Partner with corporate HR COEs to deploy enterprise programs at the DC level.
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and reporting.
