Job summary

Dentsu in New York is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Data & Technology to partner with executive leaders and translate business priorities into people strategies that drive performance and growth.

You will lead talent reviews, workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development across complex, global teams, while ensuring compliant HR program execution and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in complex, matrixed, and global organizations.
• Strong skills in organizational design, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior HR partner to Data & Technology leaders, translating priorities into people strategies.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership coaching across teams.
• Analyze engagement and workforce data to guide actions with business impact.
• Coordinate executive onboarding/offboarding and manage complex employee transitions.
• Ensure consistent execution of core HR programs and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and external partners on talent investments and restructuring.
