Zusammenfassung

Eaton is seeking a Program Manager III to lead planning and execution of enterprise-wide HR projects from our North American HQ in Beachwood, OH with hybrid work available. The role requires strong program-management discipline in a global, matrixed organization and may offer relocation within 50 miles of Beachwood.

You will translate sponsor priorities into integrated plans, establish governance, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and drive timely delivery with measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience within a global, matrix enterprise.
• Minimum 5 years of program management experience and demonstrated experience managing complex transformation projects in HR, IT, Finance, or another enterprise function.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.

Aufgaben

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects. Define project/program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage several projects concurrently, each with different project teams, stakeholders, priorities, dependencies, and delivery time frames, while maintaining alignment across the broader portfolio.
• Translate sponsor-defined priorities into integrated project plans, implementation roadmaps, and clear stakeholder communications.
• Establish fit-for-purpose governance, decision forums, roles, milestones, and escalation paths.
• Develop resource and budget requirements and manage them against approved plans.
• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and provide concise, decision-ready updates and portfolio reporting.
