Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, shared services, service delivery, process transformation, HR operations, or technology implementation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence across HR Services in the Americas, partnering with regional/global teams to improve processes, performance, technology, and employee experience.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardize and streamline HR processes, and use performance insights to identify opportunities that enhance service quality, efficiency and compliance.
• Build OPEX capabilities across HRS teams and develop the Americas HRS OPEX team to deliver scalable, sustainable HR service delivery.
