Job summary

The Assistant Vice President for Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator leads the HR function and Title IX program at the Seminary, guiding strategy, policy, compliance, and employee relations for 150+ staff and faculty.

You will manage payroll in ADP, oversee benefits, and coordinate recruitment, performance management, and training, while partnering with senior leadership to advance the Seminary's mission and a safe, inclusive campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business management required.
• Minimum 3 years leading an HR department.
• Experience processing payroll and benefits for 150+ employees.
• Proficient knowledge of federal and state employment, benefits, and payroll laws.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• HRCI or SHRM certification, or commensurate experience.

• Manage payroll processing and benefits for 150+ employees using ADP.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Oversee Title IX program, investigations, and policy guidance.
