Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR technology, HRIS, or HCM systems experience.
• Experience configuring HCM platforms, including system configurations, workflows, security.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize HR system configurations, workflows, security, and user roles.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support.
• Support system enhancements, releases, patches, testing, and implementation projects.
• Identify opportunities to optimize HR technology and reduce manual work.
• Maintain documentation of systems and processes.
