• Performs paraprofessional HR support requiring knowledge of procedures, programs, and compliance.
• Oversees leaves of absence (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, SDI, workers' comp) and determines eligibility.
• Acts as liaison for workers' compensation and coordinates related documentation.
• Coordinates interactive process meetings and HRIS reporting.
• Maintains HR data, reports, and benefits databases; processes personnel actions.
• Supports safety program activities and recruitment processes.
