Job summary

WM in Houston is seeking a Senior HR Technology Analyst to serve as the strategic partner for Oracle HCM/ServiceNow HRSD and related technology solutions across HR functions.

You will translate business needs into scalable configurations, lead discovery, solution design, testing, and continuous improvement while partnering with HR Centers of Excellence, Digital, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 4+ years of related experience acceptable with GED
• Strong knowledge of HR technology and HRBP processes; experience with Oracle HCM Cloud/HRSD and related solutions

Responsibilities

• Own the evolution of the assigned HR technology product or capability
• Partner with stakeholders to shape technology strategy and direction
• Lead design, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization of solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and data quality
• Drive continuous improvement across HR technology investments
